This weekend has been a huge reminder in the power of COACHING:⠀

Another milestone reached on CBBC in the prime time slot - what many people don’t know is that 4 years ago I started working with the amazing life coach @lorna.harkins who encouraged me to dream big and we worked together on the Big Hairy Audatious Goal of becoming a CBeebies presenter... not quite there (yet)... but so much MORE has happened since including now being a trainer myself at Aspire TV Presenter Training where I learned my trade. ⠀
